Republican Humor (prt. 17)

A group of Democrats was traveling along a rural road. They approached a curve going much too fast. Sadly, they crashed into a deep ditch.

Some hours later, the sheriff came along and saw a farmer working in a field. "Have you seen a bus?" the sheriff asked.

"Why? Someone missing?" asked the farmer?

"A bus filled with Democrats has disappeared between here and Des Moines. If you've seen it, you need to let us know."

"Well," said the farmer, "I reckon it's right over there in that ditch filled with dirt."

"Dirt? Did you cover it up?"

"Seemed like the proper thing to do,"the farmer drawled.

"You mean, they were all dead?"

"Some said they wasn't, but you know how them bastards lie."
