In an earlier post, we told you about the NRDCs (National Resources Defense Council) alert that the Bush Administration plans to undermine environmental protections by writing new, lenient rules of enforcement. Now the Sierra Club is pointing out that many waterways have become unprotected due to orders from the Bush government not to enforce the Clean Water Act.
