This is more than consistency. It's redundancy.

Sounds just like the west coast of Maui - high today of 80 - 82, short shower in the afternoon and clearing quickly. Whatever your birthday is - high of 80 - 82, Short shower in the afternoon and clearing quickly ---and I don't even have to look it up!!!
